How It Works
Starting an enquiry does not commit you to anything.
- 01

Tell us your country, preferred language, and the area of treatment you are exploring. This does not commit you to anything.
- 02
Share Information
If clinical review is needed, we ask for your consent and give you a secure way to share documents.
- 03
Explore Options
We explain the pathways available for your location and pass on information from authorised professionals and hospitals.
- 04
Next Steps
You decide in your own time. If you choose to proceed, we can help coordinate the agreed arrangements.
Understanding your options
Common Questions
How do specialist reviews work?
An appropriately qualified and authorised specialist reviews the records and information you have shared. The specialist decides whether the information is sufficient, and whether an in-person examination or further investigations are needed before giving an opinion.
A remote review may be limited by the information available and does not replace an in-person examination. Remote consultations are offered only where legally available for your location.
How should I read a preliminary hospital estimate?
A preliminary estimate is the hospital's early view of likely costs, based on the information available. It is not a final price, a treatment plan, or a guarantee that you are eligible for treatment.
Costs can change after clinical evaluation, additional investigations, or a longer stay. Ask what is included, what is excluded, and what could change the figure.
How can I compare options?
Compare like with like: the proposed treatment, what each estimate includes and excludes, expected length of stay, follow-up arrangements, and how each hospital will communicate with you. Milligra can help you gather this information, but we do not rank hospitals or make clinical recommendations. The choice is yours.
What we may ask for
Information That May Be Needed
- Your name, country of residence, and preferred contact details
- The area of treatment or specialist opinion you are exploring
- Your preferred language for communication
- Later, and only with your consent: recent reports, scans, prescriptions, and test results requested by the reviewing doctor or hospital
- For travel planning: approximate dates and who will accompany you
Protecting your records
How Medical Records Are Shared Securely
Please do not send medical records through our contact forms or by ordinary email. If a doctor or hospital needs your documents, we will first explain how your information will be used and who will see it, and ask for your consent.
We will then direct you to a secure, access-controlled channel for reports, scans, prescriptions, and test results. Your records are shared only with the doctors or hospitals you have agreed to.
See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
