1. Who this policy applies to
This policy covers visitors to this website and people who contact us through its enquiry forms, by phone, or by email, including patients, family members acting with a patient's authorisation, and representatives of healthcare organisations.
2. Information we collect
General contact information
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us, which may include:
- your name, email address, and phone number;
- your country of residence and preferred language;
- the service you are interested in and your preferred contact method;
- a brief message describing your enquiry;
- for partnership enquiries, your organisation, designation, and areas of interest.
How form enquiries reach us
Our enquiry forms do not store your details on this website. When you submit a form, your WhatsApp opens with the details you entered written into a message to Milligra's number, +91 9072793339. The message is sent only if you press Send in WhatsApp, and it is then delivered and held by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, as well as by Milligra. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call or email us instead.
Sensitive clinical information
Our website forms are not designed to collect medical records, reports, scans, prescriptions, or detailed diagnoses, and we ask you not to include them. If clinical documents are needed for your request, we will first explain how they will be used and shared, ask for your consent, and direct you to a secure, access-controlled channel. We do not request clinical documents through the public website.
Information collected automatically
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Like most websites, our hosting server may record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security and troubleshooting. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry and explain the services or pathways that may be available to you;
- to coordinate the services you ask us to arrange, within our stated service scope;
- to discuss potential collaborations with healthcare organisations;
- to keep the website secure and working properly;
- to meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.
4. Consent and lawful use
We process the information you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you send an enquiry, and for other lawful purposes permitted under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where you are located outside India, other data protection laws may also apply.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, restrict access to people who need it for the stated purpose, and use secure, access-controlled systems for clinical information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical information by ordinary email or through our website forms.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you, provide any service you request, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise it. Clinical records created by a treating healthcare provider are retained by that provider under its own obligations.
8. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct, complete, or update your information;
- erase information we no longer need;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights where permitted.
To make a request or raise a concern, email info@milligra.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or lawful guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@milligra.com.
